Meat Consumption the United States is an animated video which explores the many important aspects of the meat and poultry industry. Animated bar graphs, pie charts, tree maps and experimental graphs give an in-depth look at the economics of meat, the importance of complete proteins and the improving biotechnologies available for producers to have less of an environmental impact.
