As a family-owned shop based in Bismarck, ND, everything we offer is thoughtfully processed and developed just steps away in the same building. We approach our work as meat scientists and craftsmen, combining deep knowledge with hands-on expertise to ensure you get the best possible product and know exactly how to prepare it.
