ABOUT

Mezclada is a social enterprise dedicated to making it easier for anyone to grow food – by reducing the barriers to land and capital access for budding farmers globally.
As Mezclada’s brand has developed throughout the past couple of years, the previous website no longer suited the services or vision of the organization. Emily, the founder, and I took a holistic approach to the website content and worked to update her services, messaging, and success stories to prove to her audience all of the capabilities Mezclada has.
 
Beyond the content, I also created a refreshed design system including colors, type hierarchy, and branded elements to utilize on this new site. The word Mezclada means “mixed” in Spanish, so naturally, custom-mixed gradients provided the foundation for the design of the entire site.

These rules and systems were created to ensure a consistent application of type, color, and gradient elements throughout the website.

Once your site is designed, I can develop the whole thing using wordpress! After launch, I help provide ongoing updates as needed via a website maintenance agreement. I also educate you on how to make updates on your own time as you would like to.
